Returns & Exchanges:

Custom-made and Print on Demand Products:

  • Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other products printed specifically for you.

  • Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase, including the design, size, and shipping information.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Email us at support@teeminty.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product, and we will make it right. You may receive a replacement or full refund depending on the issue.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective, as we cannot process refunds for items that are customized or incorrectly ordered.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days of approval.


How to Return or Exchange (If Applicable):

  1. Step 1: Contact Us
    Email support@teeminty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Step 2: Provide Details
    Include your order number, photos of the damaged/defective product, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Step 3: Return Instructions
    Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions for the return process. Please note that returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  4. Step 4: Get a Resolution
    After the return is processed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


Exemptions:

  • We do not accept returns for items that are not defective or incorrectly ordered (such as size, color, or design issues).

  • As each product is custom-made for each order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for personal preferences.


Shipping:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • In the case of a damaged item return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
