Custom-made and Print on Demand Products:

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other products printed specifically for you.

Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase, including the design, size, and shipping information.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Email us at support@teeminty.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product, and we will make it right. You may receive a replacement or full refund depending on the issue.
Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective, as we cannot process refunds for items that are customized or incorrectly ordered.

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
